Account Verification

First, you receive confirmation from the Citrix ShareFile administrator that they give you access.

Check your email from [email protected], and the name will be the account administrator like XXX Support, XXX Admin, XXX Administrator

Then, you click the link either “Click here to activate your account and view this folder” or copy and paste the URL underneath that.

Citrix ShareFile Password

Create and confirm the password.

Then, click the Save and Sign In button.
